Our Returns Policy

Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Items returned for refund which are returned because the item or items are not suitable or non faulty after the initial 7 day period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Claims for damage and shortages must be advised within 7 days from arrival. Please contact Lochside Tackle before hand if you wish any help with this process.

Delivery

Delivery - Subject to your payment being authorised, we will despatch all in stock orders received up to 2.p.m. the same day. Please allow up to 30 days for items out of stock. All orders will be sent by Registered Post or Insured Courier
